My Top 7 Easy Fall Decor Ideas on Pinterest. Easy fall decor ideas. DIY fall decor

First a confession:

I am completely obsessed with Pinterest! And I have been for years.

I am also obsessed with any type of DIY holiday decor and right that holiday I am preparing for is Thanksgiving and Fall.

I usually do our fall decoration after Halloween as the kids and I are always anxious to decorate for Halloween.

I have been on Pinterest the past few days to get some inspiration and get the fall creative juices flowing. I thought I would share with you the seven post’s that stood out to me the most.

They stood out to me because they are super easy and mostly cheap, too.

Our decorating budget is not what I dream it to be, so cheap and easy is what I look for.

Enjoy!

I am sharing this beautiful burlap and pine cone hanging decor first, because I am most excited about this project! I am going to dress up our light with something similar. I have a ton of burlap laying around and pine cones are very easy to come by right now! You could even use the ones they sell that smell delicious (or make your own!) I found this here! Its another list with no link back to the original owner. Wish I could give credit for this beautiful project!

easywreathThe Happier Home Maker shared this super easy autumn leaf wreath using garlands of fall leaves wrapped around a wire wreath frame. Super simple and inexpensive and I am sucker for a pretty wreath! Click the picture and go check out her post with really easy instructions!

thanksgiving-painted-bottles

How adorable are these painted Give Thanks wine bottles?! They were originally sold on Etsy a few years ago, the seller has since closed their shop. BUT these could so easily be replicated with some empty wine bottles (I know you have some,) some chalk paint and paint pens. You could even use stencils and achieve a similar look. Dress them up with some twine or even jute and you got yourself a pretty way to dress up an end table or even your mantle. (The picture I had pinned linked back here.)

confettipumpkins

How adorable are these confetti pumpkins from Made In a Day! They are so simple and her easy to read instructions make this project even easier! These are all over pinterest and have been for a few years. You could easily make these pumpkins to match any fall decor you may have! Click the picture to take you to the original post!

fallmasonjars

If you frequent Pinterest than you probably have seen these (or variations of them.) These are for sale in Country Clutter’s Etsy shop for $40, you can click the picture if you are interested in purchasing these beautiful fall mason jars! You could totally DIY these though. Use a stencil and a black sharpie to spell out fall on burlap and chalk paint for the jars. Dress them up with some jute and fall flowers and you have a beautiful way to dress up the mantle for fall and Thanksgiving!

pinconecenterpiece

Pine cones, a candle in a pillar and a bowl. Its all you need to dress up your kitchen table with all the feelings of fall! Rita on May Days shared this and I just loved it! Click the picture to go to the original post.

fall-monogram-pumpkin1

Monogram pumpkins are all over Pinterest and they are all adorable! I really like how Erin from Nest For Less uses wax to add the rustic vibe to the wood. And her instructions are very easy to read and make this project very simple and easy. Click the picture to go to her post!

I hope these simple and mostly cheap fall decor will inspire you to create personal and one of a kind fall decor for your home!

Check out my Pinterest boards to continue with the inspiration! I pin ALL the time!

  1. I’m loving living an alternate life by looking at your projects. I live in New York City, so if I hung anything on my door it would be gone in 7 seconds. But your stuff is such fun to look at! Thank you for the seasonal lift.
